Almost no Kangdeli person came to Guangdong, which was reformed and opened up, without the dream of pursuing a career. How many years of struggle and struggle, how many years of hardships, in the face of the desire for success, bravely face the pressure of survival and the anxiety of competition; in the confused period of life to experience the difference between the fullness of society and the skinny reality; dream In the pursuit, we have been persistent! Dedication and dedication, Kangdeli people never lack hard work! For example, in the previous Shiwan government's "Celebrating May 1st, Welcome May 4th" commendation meeting, Wu Jinwei, an employee of the mold department of our company, and Xiao Daixi, an employee of the electric wire department, won the commendation of outstanding workers in Shiwan Town!

Some people say: youth is endless, struggle is endless. Times are progressing, society is developing, and youth, while full of opportunities, cannot always be smooth sailing.

In 2019, the transformation and upgrading of "Kangdeli Industry" has taken a key step; in order to meet the needs of market development, the Huizhou General Plant already has comprehensive production capacity from mold research and development, mold manufacturing, product injection molding, wire extrusion, etc. At the same time, strategizing in Jiangxi Xinfeng established a branch company to focus on the research and development, manufacturing and sales of automotive plastic products and mobile phone speakers.

The road of development has gone through some thorns and ups and downs, in order to more effectively stimulate more positive energy of youth, to temper and inspire our colleagues who dare to endure hardships, are willing to innovate, and have lofty aspirations.
